The Pyrenees

After spending some time in the mountain valleys of Andorra, we rode a ski lift up past the tree line into the upper Pyrenees.

Up in the high mountains, there’s a ski lodge and the view is pretty impressive.

Seeing your pictures makes me wish I could see the Pyrenees again. When I lived in Toulouse, you could see the sun reflecting off the snow on the mountain tops. We visited Loudres later in the same year and got to climb around the mountains.

They were very nice and I admit to fantasizing about skiing while I was up there, but it would probably look like a hippie rolling down a mountain.
